PKTR INTERVIEW
Back in the last days of school, my counsellor told me that she sent my name and my friend's name(AA) to Yayasan Tun Razak. There will be a leadership camp on January or February next year(2017).
So on this fine Friday, I checked my email and shoot! I got an email from Yayasan Tun Razak saying that tomorrow is the interview at Le Meridien Hotel, very close to IOI City Mall. I wasn't ready. So I ws-ed(WhatsApp-ed) AA and he said that he was well inform like a week ago about the interview. I asked for my mom opinion and I decided to go.
So the interview started at 11am.
At around 7.30 to 8.00am, I went to UNITEN to attend "HalaTuju Selepas SPM" kind of talk and the invited Math Luthfi as well as Anuar Hadi. So in the middle of the talk, at around 10.30am, I rushed to the hotel. Changed my attire from casual to Baju kurung in the car. It was really hard tho.
As soon as I arrived, I saw AA and his parents. I registered my name and they asked me to wait for my turn. So AA went first to the interview room and then it's my turn.
There were 3 good-looking people in front of me and I guess by their looks, all of them are pretty successful.
There were three of us(the candidates). So meaning it's a group interview.
1. So the first question is, tell me about yourself.
Told them my name, birthplace, my position when I was in MRSM TGB and my hobby.
2. If you were given a huge amount of money, what will you do?
The first guy said that he wanted to set up a business.
The girl next to him said that she wanted to do a community service
Since I am the last one, I must come out with a different idea. So I said that I'm going to save the money in the bank.
Then the interviewer asked my, "why?"
If I were to receive the money, I wouldn't use them right at that time. Since it's a huge amount of money, it would be wasteful to just use them without a proper thinking. So I'm going to save the money in the bank and hold a meeting with my team on where should we spend the money. Furthermore, keeping money in bank is a worth to do as the value will increase annually.
3.What is your biggest weakness?
Right at this moment, suddenly I felt so blank. AND GUESS WHAT, I told them that my biggest problem is dealing with people! THAM! I didn't know how that sentence can split from my tongue. I SWEAR RIGHT AT THIS TIME I KNOW THAT I COULDN'T MAKE IT.
4.What will you contribute to the camp?
I told them that I will contribute wholly myself. By saying this I mean my time, my ideas, my efforts and energy.
5.Any question?
Well I did asked some questions to them and I forgot all of them as soon as I left the room.
AND, I DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE CAMP BUT AA DID. So proud of him and I hope that he'll become an aspiring leader one day Insya Allah. Kbye.
